A Malaysian Community Project

Over 250 events spread over 48 hours for free? Yes, never before has there ever been an arts festival of this scale. Yayasan Sime Darby Arts Festival, taglined “A Malaysian Community Project” is produced in collaboration with The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (klpac).

Specially tailored festival activities for all age groups have been held since the launch of the festival in May 2014 leading up to the two-day finale which will take place on the 13th and 14th of September. The finale will culminate with over 200 events consisting of workshops, performances and an array of contemporary and cultural activities happening at the city’s arts hub; klpac.
