Contact Improvisation: Through Space

Contact improvisation is a dance/movement form that emphasizes our ability to react to physical sensations and physical forces as we navigate our environment. In this workshop, we will move through space, bringing our awareness to other bodies, and exploring various possible interactions. No dance experience is required; just come in clothes that you are comfortable moving in, e.g. t-shirt and sweatpants. For participants 16 years old and above
